Chocolate Lovers Tip
Valentine's Day isn't the only holiday that causes endless aisles of chocolate to pop up in every store. When the chocolate craving hits you, it's O.K. to enjoy a small piece of dark chocolate.
DARK chocolate contains more antioxidants and LESS saturated fat than milk chocolate, making it the more heart-healthy choice when enjoyed in moderation.
Be aware of those containing ingredients with even higher amounts of fat and sugar like caramel, marshmallows and peanuts.
So remember: GO DARK... in moderation!
