Honey Mustard Sauce
This recipe is done proportionately, rather than in specific amounts, so that you may make larger or smaller amounts.
Ingredients:
4 tablespoons stone-ground mustard, no added salt
1 tablespoon no-fat/no-salt Dijon mustard
1/2 tablespoon honey
1/2 tablespoon dill (dried or fresh), more or less as preferred
Water, as needed for desired consistency
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate.
Yield: 2/3 cup; serving size 1 tablespoon.
